Pre -Tumble

Our Pre Tumble program is an hour long, co-ed, child independent class. Tumblers are introduced to foundational movement and tumbling skills through fun stations, trampolines, and obstacle courses.
Your tumbler will focus on skills such as balance, coordination, body awareness, agility, following directions while building strength, flexibility and self esteem.
Basic Skills and Concepts
Pre Tumble classes are broken into 3-4 rotations every week including TWO trampoline stations.
